Hi, I’m Dr. Allison Reeves—educator, encourager, and founder of At The Teacher Table.
After 20+ years in public and private schools, I’ve learned one thing for sure: teachers deserve support that’s practical, personal, and rooted in real classroom experience. I’m still in the classroom myself, so I know the beauty and burnout of this profession—and I’ve made it my mission to walk alongside teachers, not talk at them.
At The Teacher Table, I combine my love of teaching with my doctorate in Educational Sciences to offer professional development that’s research-based, strategy-packed, and full of heart. Whether it’s leading a joyful workshop, helping schools rethink curriculum, or mentoring National Board candidates, my approach is always the same: let’s pull up a seat, share what works, and grow together.
If you’re a school leader looking for meaningful, energizing PD—or a teacher who just needs someone to say, “Hey, you’re doing better than you think”—you’re in the right place.
There’s room for you here. Welcome to the table.
